Ports and casino tycoon Enrique K. Razon Jr.’s Bloomberry Resorts Corp. is acquiring hectares of land in Cavite to develop an integrated gaming, resort and leisure complex

In a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Bloomberry announced that through its newly incorporated subsidiary, Solaire Entertainment Property Holdings Inc. (SEPHI), it has entered into an agreement with a group of landowners to purchase 2,797,768 square meters of land in the Puerto Azul-Paniman area in Ternate, Cavite at a cost of P7.55 billion.
“SEPHI intends to develop the Paniman property into an integrated resort and entertainment complex with a world class casino, hotel, golf course, commercial, residential and mixed use development,” Bloomberry said.

The leisure and gaming firm also noted that SEPHI will buy only titled and cleared land.

This latest project is expected to commence after the Solaire North in Vertis, Quezon City has started its commercial operations, which was expected in 2023.
