San Miguel Corp. reimagines consumer experience in an online setting, launches new SMC Hub

San Miguel Corp. reimagines consumer experience in an online setting with the official launch of its own online shopping platform, the SMC Hub.

According to a statement published by SMC president Ramon Ang on Thursday, July 22, the one-stop-shop offers food and beverage, some new offerings, and other essential products from SMC’s “well-loved and trusted brands,” such as San Miguel, Purefoods, Magnolia, Spam, Dari Creme, and Star.

“These include our full line of ready-to-eat Filipino dishes—from beef pares to pork binagoongan, afritada, kare-kare, lechon paksiw, caldereta, callos, chicken pastel, Bicol express, and more; to our new vegetarian, meat-free options; our new canned and frozen seafood offerings, even fresh brown eggs and pet food, among many others. These same products allowed us to help many Filipinos and vulnerable communities in their time of need,” said Ang.

In a post published by SMC on its official Facebook page, SMC Hub, which went live on July 19, is part of San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc.’s effort to provide better, safer, and more convenient ways to bring their products to more Filipinos.

In the same Facebook post, SMC announced that delivery fees are currently waived for orders that will be made in the remaining days of July.
