Your resume is prime real estate where recruiters only look at three (3) areas, and career objective is definitely not a part of it. Didn’t know that? Then you’re in for a ride because you’re about to discover the right place to learn more useful life hacks like this!

As per the Philippine Statistics Authority's (PSA) latest Labor Force Survey, employment figures in the Philippines have improved in March 2022, with the Labor Force Participation Rate picking up at 65.4 percent - the highest since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sounds fantastic, but for job seekers, this means added difficulty to their already challenging job search.

Job hunting is no easy task and it can genuinely feel like a jungle out there. The rules of the job search continuously change over time and it can get exhausting keeping up. Fresh graduates are dealing with questions like how many pages a CV should be, what needs to be on a CV, and what to say and not say in an interview. Meanwhile, both active and passive job seekers - and even veteran professionals seeking greener pastures, have to adopt a different approach as they contemplate how to negotiate a salary and a job offer. Fortunately, a new class from Nas Academy is here catered specially for individuals and professionals looking to advance their job hunt regardless of where they are in their professional journey!

Patt Soyao, a headhunter with over 12 years of experience in recruitment and an eye for the best talents suited for different roles in different industries, is launching a two-episode online class in job hunting with Nas Academy entitled “How to Get Hired.”

This online course from the founder and managing director of Icon Executive Asia, an executive management solutions firm primarily serving digital, tech, and startup companies, aims to help all kinds of job seekers get hired for the job they deserve to build the career they want for themselves.

The class is set to cover a range of topics related to getting hired, kicking off right at the beginning of the job hunting journey – writing and organizing an eye-catching resume. It will also include numerous pro tips about the type of research an applicant needs to do and the right things to say for both physical and virtual job interviews and conclude with a deep-dive discussion into properly asking for a fair asking salary without undervaluing or overvaluing oneself.

The fee for the Nas Academy class is P1,500 and will be open on June 18. Interested individuals can sign up here for a chance to elevate their job-hunting journey, stand out in a sea of qualified candidates, and land the right job with the right pay. “How to Get Hired” is open for enrollment for a few more days, so save your seat HERE while you still can.
