Jay is one of the senior recruitment consultants at IEA whose specialty lies in handling Board of Director and C-Level requirements as well as Consultancy Search for the real estate industry.

He sought a career in the industry that requires a passion for people right out of college — human resources. With over eight years of exposure and experience in the recruitment field, he handled recruitment teams, manpower requisition, and recruitment training, but truly shone in handling executive and consultancy search. Over time, he has proved himself a passionate leader as he established and supervised recruitment professionals in various parts of the Philippines to work on various projects and requirements nationwide. He was also able to work with big companies and place top executives for property, tech, and telecommunication companies including multinational tech company Huawei.

Dedicated to his work, Jay, who was once a reserved Psychology graduate, explored ways to unleash the leader in him by finishing a leadership course at Alphacrucis College Australia. His desire to further improve and maximize his gift of leadership and communication also reminds him to time out of his busy schedule to engage in public speaking and exchange insights with fellow professionals over a cup of coffee or two.
