She has always been one to go with a decision that would make her happy and would allow her to give back to others. With this, as a Tourism graduate with a broad understanding of serving and communicating with individuals from all walks of life appropriately, she found the human resources industry, its diverse nature, and the room to impact the lives of other professionals that it offers rewarding. The variety of responsibilities that come with being a recruiter does not faze her, what with being well acquainted with multitasking due to her stint as a student-athlete back in college.

Beyond working hours, she makes sure to keep up with her interest in sports by always being on the move and leading an active lifestyle -- whether through indoor exercises or by exploring nature's beauty.
