Century Pacific Food Inc. taps top Unilever executive to join its Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Century Pacific Food, Inc. taps Gina Lorenzana, Global Vice President at Unilever’s Global Home Care Division, as Independent Director and as Chairman of Board Risk Oversight Committee. This is to replace Eileen Grace Araneta who resigned on March 15, 2021. Lorenzana is now the fourth independent director on CNPF’s nine-member board.

Described by the CNPF as a “true and visionary global business leader,” Lorenzana has been with Unilever Beauty and Personal Care for over 20 years, occupying a variety of senior executive roles in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Indonesia, China, and the Philippines. 

Her extensive experience, which spans from driving business turnarounds to growing small complex businesses to building more purpose-driven business models by re-creating brands, gives her an exceptional understanding of building consumer goods brands. Lorenzana also knows the ins and outs of leading and transforming a business as she has helped a number of Unilever Beauty and Personal Care brands achieve a “consistent growth and expanded profitability.”

A Fellow at the International Women’s Forum (IWF), Lorenzana values the importance of delivering a significant social impact in reaching stellar business results. Aside from her wide range of experience, she is also a "leading advocate of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion" who develops and helps potential talents become next-generation leaders.
