Following these changes, LinkedIn recently released its “Jobs on the Rise in 2021” report for Southeast Asia and we are here to highlight some of the social networking site’s insights to aid seekers in their job search.

The world demanded change, organizations delivered.

Along with the rise in online activity and the changing consumer behavior, brands explored ways to communicate with their customers and improve their conversion rates. Little by little, organizations stepped out of their comfort zones and ventured into e-commerce. Due to this shift, demand for job titles related to digital such as digital marketing specialists and digital content creators soared. 

Digital marketing specialists are the geniuses behind the establishment of a brand’s image online and the improvement of engagement and conversion rate. They create online marketing campaigns to expand a company’s online presence. But their profession as marketing specialists exceeds the digital world as they also prepare comprehensive reports to analyze lead generation data, campaign results, online engagements, and website visits.

In relation to this position and with the retail industry’s shift to e-commerce, companies have also been on the lookout for other e-commerce professionals adept at online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) to support the expansion and growth of their services and product.
